Can I customise the colour or size of my coffee table?
Currently, our coffee tables come in predetermined sizes and colours from our vendors to ensure high-quality standards. However, we’re always open to feedback, and we may explore customisation options in the future.
Are your housewares and decor items locally sourced?
Yes, a significant portion of our housewares collection is locally sourced from talented designers across Australia. We believe in supporting local craftsmanship and bringing unique, quality items to your home.
Are your decorative items suitable for outdoor use?
Most of our items are designed for indoor use. If an item is suitable for outdoor use, it will be clearly stated in the product description. Be sure to check the details for each specific piece.
Can I request gift wrapping for some purchases?
Currently, we don’t offer gift wrapping services. We love the idea though so watch this space!

Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping to most Aussie states and territories. Some exclusions apply to Western Australian and areas outside metropolitan areas which will include an additional $20 delivery fee, which will be added at the checkout.
How is shipping handled?
We work with our vendors to offer reliable shipping services to ensure your products reaches their new home promptly. Shipping options, lead times and estimated delivery times are provided in the product's description and during the checkout process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have any concerns or need assistance, we’re just an email away!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we want to offer international shipping to bring the WOTDOO experience to customers around the world! Just pop the product you'd like to purchase into your cart to see if you qualify.
